Responsibilities
Maintain and repair concrete batching plant equipment and mechanical systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical breakdowns to minimise downtime.
Conduct preventive maintenance, inspections, lubrication, and servicing.
Maintain mixers, conveyors, hoppers, pumps, gearboxes, bearings, and hydraulic systems.
Replace worn or damaged components and ensure equipment reliability.
Maintain maintenance records and report major faults.
Follow all HSE and site safety requirements.
Requirements
OND / HND in Mechanical Engineering or a related field with 3 – 5 years’ experience in batching plant or heavy equipment maintenance.
Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and on construction sites.
