Key Responsibilities
Set and monitor individual and team sales targets, gross profit, and conversion KPIs.
Manage the full showroom sales cycle from
lead generation and customer engagement to test drives, closing, delivery, and after-sales follow-up
.
Manage and optimize leads from
Jiji, Meta/Instagram, and other digital channels
.
Recruit, train, coach, motivate, and evaluate sales team members.
Monitor customer follow-up, lead allocation, test drives, and customer grading.
Ensure compliance with sales SOPs, pricing guidelines, quotations, and contracts.
Conduct competitor and market analysis and provide actionable insights to management.
Plan and support showroom promotions, exhibitions, and customer engagement activities.
Coordinate with inventory, marketing, and after-sales teams to improve customer experience and sales performance.
Monitor customer complaints, referrals, and repeat business.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports.
Requirements
2–4 years of B2C sales management experience
, preferably in a local automobile showroom.
Strong knowledge of the
Lagos passenger vehicle market
; experience with brands such as Geely, Changan, or other automotive brands is an advantage.
Fluent in English with strong customer communication and negotiation skills.
Experience managing sales teams, training, and performance motivation.
Familiarity with
Jiji, Meta/Instagram, and digital lead generation channels
.
Strong understanding of the complete automotive sales cycle.
Good data analysis, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under sales and performance pressure.
Strong integrity and ability to maintain pricing and gross profit controls.
