Key Responsibilities
Checking and recording patients’ vital signs, such as temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure.
Observing patients and reporting changes in their condition to the supervising nurse.
Assisting with patient mobility, positioning, and transfers.
Maintaining cleanliness and comfort of patients and their immediate environment.
Assisting nurses with basic procedures and treatments as directed.
Providing basic wound care or dressing assistance within their training and scope of practice.
Collecting and documenting patient information accurately.
Supporting medication administration only when permitted by local regulations and under appropriate supervision.
