Job Vacancy: Automotive Mechanic

Location: Gerji, Addis Ababa
Position Type: Full-time
We are looking for a highly skilled and versatile Lead Automotive Mechanic to join
our team. The ideal candidate is a “master technician” capable of handling any
mechanical task—ranging from precision engine overhauls to high-efficiency routine
maintenance and services.
Core Responsibilities
Engine Overhauls: Perform complete major and minor engine rebuilding
(petrol and diesel), including timing, head work, and internal components.
Routine Service: Execute professional routine maintenance including oil
changes, brake servicing, suspension checks, and fluid flushes.
Diagnostics: Use modern diagnostic tools to accurately troubleshoot
mechanical and electrical faults.
Quality Control: Ensure all repairs meet workshop safety standards and
perform final road tests.
Required Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 5–8 years of hands-on experience in a professional
automobile workshop.
Location: Must reside near or close to the Gerji area.
Skills: Proven ability to perform full service, repair and overhaul
independently.
Education: TVET Level IV, Diploma in Automotive Technology or Degree in
Automotive Engineering.
License: Valid driver’s license (Automobile/ህዝብ 1).
Salary & Benefits
Salary: 12,000 – 20,000 (Based on experience and qualification)
