Salary: ₦350,000 – ₦450,000 monthly to start

Experience: Minimum of 15 years’ relevant experience
Relocation: Must be willing to relocate to Abuja.
Requirements
Minimum of 15 years’ experience in automobile/automotive engineering, workshop management or a related technical field.
Strong technical knowledge and proven managerial experience.
Able to properly diagonose all car issues; suspension, engine, electrical and programming
Adequate knowledge of BMW, Range Rovers, Mercedes benz, Japanese and chinese cars and the rest
Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
Ability to effectively supervise, coordinate and manage technical staff.
Good knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, repairs, maintenance and general workshop operations.
Strong leadership, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to maintain quality standards and ensure timely completion of jobs.
Ability to relate professionally with customers and handle technical complaints effectively.
Must be disciplined, responsible and willing to work in line with company policies and procedures.
