PURPOSE
To drive trade development initiatives by managing distributor networks, expanding market coverage, enhancing route-to-market effectiveness, and improving sales performance to achieve revenue growth and market penetration objectives within assigned territories.
THE JOB
Manage and develop relationships with Key Distributors (KDs) to drive sales growth and market expansion.
Execute trade development strategies that support the achievement of sales volume and revenue targets.
Lead direct-to-retail redistribution activities through effective coordination of van sales and open market sales operations.
Ensure compliance with route planning processes, sales operating procedures, and the effective use of sales automation tools.
Expand market coverage by identifying, appointing, and managing sub-distributors within assigned territories.
Develop and implement Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with Key Distributors to improve performance and achieve agreed business objectives.
Conduct regular market visits to assess market opportunities, customer needs, distribution effectiveness, and competitive activities.

Possess strong sales, distribution, and trade development knowledge.
Demonstrate experience in distributor management and route-to-market execution.
Have excellent leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
Possess strong negotiation and relationship management capabilities.
Be highly analytical and able to make data-driven decisions.
QUALIFICATION
Bachelor''s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Economics, or a related discipline.
EXPERIENCE
Minimum of three (3) years'' relevant sales experience within the FMCG industry, preferably in redistribution sales, trade development, or route-to-market operations.
Proven experience managing Key Distributors and driving sales growth across large territories.
