Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Assistant General Manager (AGM) to support business operations, drive growth, and oversee key commercial and operational activities.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Automobile, Oil & Gas, Energy, Engineering, or other related industries, with proven leadership, business development, and management capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Support the General Manager / Managing Director in the overall management of business operations.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales, revenue, and business growth targets.
Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
Manage key client and stakeholder relationships.
Lead, supervise, and motivate teams to achieve business objectives.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
Oversee budgets, performance targets, and operational efficiency.
Prepare management reports and provide recommendations to senior management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and applicable regulations.
Represent the company in meetings, negotiations, and other business engagements.
Requirements
Bachelor''s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Management, or a related field.
Relevant professional certifications or an MBA will be an advantage.
8–12 years of relevant professional experience, with significant management experience.
Candidates from the Automobile, Oil & Gas, Energy, Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial, or similar sectors are encouraged to apply.
Proven experience in business development, sales, operations, or general management.
