THE ROLE
You will be responsible for driving retail growth across your assigned location by:
Scouting and onboarding new agents and betting shops within your assigned location.
Managing betting shop and agent operations across your assigned location.
Monitoring performance and implementing strategies to improve growth and revenue.
Ensuring compliance with operational and regulatory requirements.
Supporting Betgr8 brand visibility and promotional activities.
Providing regular performance reports, market insights, and recommendations to management.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
We are looking for someone with:
Experience in the gaming industry''s retail operations; betting or fintech experience is an advantage.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good analytical and reporting abilities.
A results-driven mindset with the ability to meet targets.
