Key Responsibilities
Supervise Branch Managers across assigned locations.
Drive business growth and ensure branches meet performance targets.
Monitor branch operations, compliance and loan portfolio quality.
Coach and mentor Branch Managers to improve performance.
Prepare performance reports and implement improvement strategies.
Requirements
Bachelor''s Degree in any discipline.
Proven experience managing multiple teams or branches.
Strong leadership, business development and problem-solving skills.
Financial services or microfinance experience is an advantage.
What You Should Know:
Two (2) weeks compulsory training before deployment.
Accommodation provided during training and available at branch locations where applicable.
Monday – Friday
Performance-based role
Weekly transportation & data allowance provided.
Frequent travel within assigned locations.
