Key Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years experience in the QSR industry
HND/B.Sc. in a relevant field
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Pcwer Bl
Good knowledge of HACCP principles
Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities
Manage training records, materials, calendars, and staff development plans.
Ensure timely completion of daily, weekly, and monthly schedules and required documentation.
Maintain and improve QSC, REV, GXI, QA, Training, and Finance audit standards across assigned restaurants.
Sales & Profitability. Drive sales growth, implement local marketing initiatives, monitor P&L and controllable costs, analyze sales performanc% and identify expansion opportunities.
People Development, Inventory & Controls.
