As an Application Engineer, you will deliver flawless execution through involvement in pre-planning, job execution, and post-job analysis.
This position works seamlessly together with the Service Delivery Coordinators and other resources across organizational boundaries to ensure all aspects and constraints of the applications are understood and have been considered.
Responsibilities
As an Application Engineer, you will be responsible Being responsible for technical design, planning, and job program developments
Propose technology/equipment/software for the Job and create Deviation Waiver Request and bridging documents where needed
Identifying optimization and new technology application, and opportunities
Scheduling and leaing pre-job planning reviews
Supporting incident management and share and collaborate lessons learned
Developing technical tender response content
Supporting risk reviews as needed
Comparing job as planned versus job as executed and document any lessons learned to ensure opportunities for continuous improvement.
Requirements
To be successful in this role you will:
·Have a Bachelor’ Degree in an Engineering discipline or equivalent knowledge and experience.
Have at least 5 years of working experience as an Application Engineer.
Have experience and comfort with client interactions.
Be familiar and well-versed with fishing, wellbore cleanout & wellbore interventions.
Have the ability to travel (potential for travel to rig sites, customer facilities, meetings, training, etc.).
Have the ability to be on call outside of normal business hours.
Have excellent leadership, excellent interpersonal, influencing and planning skills.
Have thorough understanding of Completions & Wellbore Interventions.
