Key Duties and Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging, learner-centred lessons that meet students’ diverse learning needs.
Apply effective and innovative teaching methods that promote critical thinking, creativity, and active learning.
Assess, monitor, and document students’ academic progress and provide constructive feedback.
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and relevant stakeholders to support students’ academic and personal development.
Maintain a safe, disciplined, inclusive, and conducive classroom environment that promotes effective learning.
Required Qualifications and Competencies
A Bachelor’s Degree Agricultural Scienceor a closely related field from a recognized institution.
Between 2 and 10 years of relevant teaching experience.
Candidates must possess or be currently pursuing a TRCN certification or an education-related degree/certificate
Proven ability to plan and deliver effective and result-oriented lessons.
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage and motivate learners.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities.
