Responsibilties
The Technical Supervisor leads the workshop floor, manages technical escalations, ensures repair quality compliance, and monitors the turnaround time for all appliance maintenance.
Supervise and assign daily repair queues to the maintenance technicians.
Handle complex technical faults on premium smart home appliances.
Train technical staff on new appliance models and digital diagnostic tools.
Interface directly with customers regarding high-level technical complaints.
Mandatory Requirements
Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor`s Degree
Prior work experience in the home appliance or 3C electronics industry is required.
