The Role
We are seeking teachers who see education as a tool for equity and who are ready to challenge themselves professionally. You will:
Design and deliver problem-based learning experiences that connect classroom concepts to real-world community challenges
Facilitate student-centered lessons using interactive, visual, and practical teaching methods
Provide personalized instruction and regular feedback to students and parents/guardians
Assess and document student progress using project-based evaluation methods
Participate in peer lesson plan reviews and contribute to curriculum development
Engage in regular team meetings and professional development sessions
Partner with parents, community stakeholders, and fellow educators
Uphold Talent Mine''s child protection policies with unwavering commitment
Model the leadership qualities we want to develop in our students
Provide termly reports on the students in your classroom

What We''re Looking For
Bachelor''s degree in Education or relevant subject area
Demonstrated experience working with children (preference for several years of classroom experience)
Strong understanding of learner-centered teaching practices
Physical ability to work with children and manage classroom activities
Genuine belief in every child''s potential regardless of their background
Willingness to follow school policies while contributing creative ideas
Strong moral compass and interpersonal skills for managing diverse student & teacher groups
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with people
Ability to maintain confidentiality of student information
Commitment to continuous professional improvement
MUST be able to use Google Suite (Docs, Sheet, Slides, Forms)
