KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan and deliver Accounting lessons in line with the approved curriculum.
Teach accounting principles, bookkeeping, financial statements, ledger preparation, and other core accounting concepts.
Develop lesson plans that promote analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Assess students’ academic progress and provide constructive feedback.
Prepare students for WAEC, NECO, and internal examinations.
Create an engaging learning environment that encourages academic excellence and financial literacy.
REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Accounting,, Education, or a related field.
Experience teaching Accounting at the secondary school level is preferred.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Good classroom management, communication, and organizational skills.
Familiarity with both the Nigerian and Cambridge curricula is an added advantage.
Demonstrated 21st-century teaching skills.
TRCN certification is an added advantage.
