Responsibilities
Own month-end close and reconciliations across real estate, hospitality, and construction ledgers
Prepare and issue monthly management accounts and project cost reports to the Head of Finance
Maintain audit-ready files and flag compliance gaps before statutory deadlines arrive
Process and review accounts payable, receivable, and multi-entity bank reconciliations
Supervise and review the daily output of 1–2 account officers against defined checklists
Support budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and tax and statutory compliance obligations
Requirements
3-5 years of experience
Full-cycle accounting
Multi-entity general ledger management
Month-end close and reconciliation

Preferred Qualifications
ICAN or ACCA qualification (in progress or completed)
