Term of Employment:?Permanent after successful completion of probation periodRequired qualification BA Degree in Accounting & Finance, or related fields.?ExperienceMore than 10 years? experience of which at least three years? experience as HOD in similar position in Four- or four-star hotel.Human relations skillGood human relation skill and ability to deal with people from diverse backgrounds and has proven people management skill.Language proficiencyGood command of spoken and written English is required.Knowledge of additional national and international languages is desirable.Computer skillsCommand of computer applications & working knowledge of PEDS software.Industry knowledge Thorough knowledge of the hospitality industry and business.
