The consultants/ the lead consultant should have the following qualification and experiences:
A minimum of master?s degree or above in public health, social work, epidemiology, demography, teaching, or related field and demonstrated experience in data collection related to SRH/MHM.
A renewed professional license for consultancy in required field.
At least five years of experience in research (undertaking baseline surveys of health projects).
Good knowledge and familiarity with Borena and Jimma zones of Oromia Regional State
Able to demonstrate practical working experiences on research,
Experience of effective interaction with local non-government organizations, government departments, and international organizations,
Experience in conducting MHM market need assessment and social marketing research.
Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and local languages (Amharic and Afan Oromo).
Evidence of similar work in the recent past will be a key requirement.
