Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented
Production Manager
with solid experience in
concrete mix production
and production operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily production activities, ensuring product quality, managing production teams, and maintaining efficient and safe production processes.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily concrete production activities.
Oversee concrete mix production to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance with required specifications.
Monitor production schedules, raw material availability, and production output.
Manage and supervise production staff, ensuring efficient allocation of tasks and resources.
Ensure proper operation and maintenance of production equipment and machinery.
Monitor the quality of raw materials and finished concrete products.
Identify and resolve production issues, delays, and operational challenges.
Maintain accurate production records and prepare regular production reports.
Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, and environmental standards.
Coordinate with quality control, procurement, maintenance, and other relevant departments.
Implement measures to improve production efficiency, reduce waste, and control operational costs.
About You
Bachelor’s degree in
Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Production Management, Industrial Engineering
, or a related field.
3–5 years of relevant professional experience
in production management, preferably within the
concrete, ready-mix concrete, or construction materials industry
.
Proven practical experience in
concrete mix production and related production processes
.
Strong knowledge of production planning, quality control, and production team management.
Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet production targets.
Knowledge of occupational health and safety standards is an advantage.
