Job Summary
Responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational activities, production discipline, site supervision, and equipment maintenance to ensure high plant efficiency and output. The role bridges technical oversight with administrative control, managing stock workflows, dispatch operations, and workplace safety compliance across industrial or commercial units.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily site operations and maintain strict production discipline to meet organizational output targets.
Coordinate routine equipment maintenance, troubleshoot operational bottlenecks, and ensure proper machinery upkeep.
Oversee stock levels, inventory management, and dispatch control to guarantee smooth supply chain workflows.
Enforce rigorous safety compliance standards and conduct physical verifications of assets and materials.
Prepare comprehensive operational reports and collaborate with management to optimize resource utilization.
Educational Qualification & Experience Requirements
Education
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Operations Management, Construction Materials, Mining, Business Management, or a related field (Master’s Degree or plant-management training is preferred).
Experience
Minimum of 8 to 10 years of relevant functional or professional experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
