Initially starting with 5 branches and 85 employees, the institution grew steadily, reaching over 537,000 customers by 2023. In line with the National Bank of Ethiopia’s directives, it transformed into a fully licensed bank, now boasting a capital of 7.9 billion birr, total assets of 15.8 billion birr, and 151 branches. Siket Bank focuses on operational excellence, aiming to optimize internal processes, enhance customer service, improve risk management, and foster employee development to deliver consistent value to its customers and stakeholders.

Role Overview:
Position Summary: The job holder is responsible to execute the objectives of Interest Free Banking activities in maintaining the delivery of the effectiveness and efficiency of IFB products and services.
