Working Hours:

Core Skills & Competencies
Hardware & Peripherals:
Ability to troubleshoot, maintain, and repair faults in desktop computers, laptops, and peripheral devices.
Networking:
Ability to design, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot both physical and logical topologies of computer networks (including structured cabling, data center components, routers, firewalls, Layer-3/Access switches, and wireless access points).
Server & Data Center Management:
Ability to design, configure, install, and deploy various server roles (Active Directory, File, Web, Mail, Application, Print, Security, Terminal, and Media servers) and maintain data center infrastructure.
Databases:
Ability to design and deploy databases using MS Access and MS SQL Server.
Methodologies:
Hands-on knowledge and practical application of KAIZEN and MUDA (Lean) principles.
Soft Skills:
Strong communication, analytical, interpersonal, problem-solving, task-prioritization, and time-management skills.
About You
Qualifications and Requirements
Education
Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (BSc) in a relevant IT field.
Mandatory Certifications:
Valid Level IV Holistic Certificate of Competency (COC) in HNS.
Valid Teaching Methodology Certificate.
Core Workflows:
Delivering hands-on simulations, maintaining lab equipment, and guiding student practical work.
Primary Evaluation Tool:
Practical lab demonstration and technical skills test.
