Job Summary
You will assess and manage credit risks on investments, loans, and counterparties to support sound decision-making and protect the company’s capital.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct detailed credit analysis, financial modeling, and ratio analysis.
Develop and monitor credit risk models and portfolio exposure.
Prepare risk reports and present findings to management.
Track macroeconomic and regulatory trends.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Statistics or related field (Master’s or certifications like FRM, CFA, ICAN is an advantage).
3–5 years experience in credit risk analysis (banking/investment firm preferred).
Strong skills in financial modeling, Excel, and data analysis (Python/R is a plus).
Good knowledge of credit risk frameworks and Nigerian regulations.
