Job Summary
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Establish and monitor project-level budgets, cost centers, and financial tracking metrics.
Conduct detailed cost-variance analyses and provide cost-control recommendations to project managers.
Prepare unit-cost calculations, financial performance forecasts, and monthly project cost reports.
Job Requirement
Required Qualification: B.Sc. Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Cost Accounting.
Work Experience: Minimum of 6 years of direct experience in cost analysis, project budgeting, and variance management within construction or manufacturing industries.
