Key Duties and Responsibilities
Design and deliver interactive, learner
focused lessons that cater to the varying abilities and needs of students.
Employ modern and creative teaching approaches that foster analytical thinking, innovation, and curiosity.
Continuously monitor, assess, and record student performance using tests, classwork, assignments, and constructive feedback.
Work collaboratively with other staff members, parents, and stakeholders to support the academic and personal growth of students.
Establish and maintain a disciplined, safe, and engaging classroom environment that enhances effective learning.
Required Qualifications and Competencies
Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in English Language from a recognized institution.
Between 2
10 years of relevant teaching experience.
Candidates must possess or be currently pursuing a TRCN certification or an education
related degree/certificate
Proven ability to plan and deliver effective and result
oriented lessons.
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage and motivate learners.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities.
