- Position Summary
- The Director Agent Banking will lead the development, expansion, and management of the institution’s agent banking network. The role requires a strategic leader with strong experience in technology
- driven environments , capable of driving digital financial services, operational efficiency, and customer outreach.
- Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute agent banking strategy aligned with organizational goals
- Expand and manage a nationwide agent network
- Drive digital financial service delivery through agents and mobile platforms
- Ensure operational efficiency, service quality, and customer satisfaction
- Establish partnerships with fintechs, mobile network operators, and service providers
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Monitor performance, profitability, and growth of agent banking operations
- Lead, mentor, and build a high
- performing team
- Identify and implement innovative solutions to improve agent performance and outreach
- Job Requirement
- Qualifications and Experience
- Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Banking, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of managerial
- level experience in a technology
- driven environment (preferably in banking, fintech, or digital financial services)
- Strong understanding of agent banking operations and digital financial ecosystems
- Proven leadership and operational management experience
- Experience in network expansion, product delivery, and stakeholder management
