Job Summary
Position Summary
The Director Agent Banking will lead the development, expansion, and management of the institution’s agent banking network. The role requires a strategic leader with strong experience in technology-driven environments , capable of driving digital financial services, operational efficiency, and customer outreach.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute agent banking strategy aligned with organizational goals
Expand and manage a nationwide agent network
Drive digital financial service delivery through agents and mobile platforms
Ensure operational efficiency, service quality, and customer satisfaction
Establish partnerships with fintechs, mobile network operators, and service providers
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
Monitor performance, profitability, and growth of agent banking operations
Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing team
Identify and implement innovative solutions to improve agent performance and outreach
Job Requirement
Qualifications and Experience
Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Banking, or related field
Minimum of 3 years of managerial-level experience in a technology-driven environment (preferably in banking, fintech, or digital financial services)
Strong understanding of agent banking operations and digital financial ecosystems
Proven leadership and operational management experience
Experience in network expansion, product delivery, and stakeholder management
