- The Director Micro Insurance will lead the establishment, growth, and overall management of the micro insurance business. The role requires a strategic and results
- driven leader capable of operating in a technology
- driven environment , ensuring product innovation, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
- Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, launch, and scaling of micro insurance products and services
- Develop and execute business strategies aligned with company objectives
- Drive digital transformation and integration of technology in insurance operations
- Establish strong partnerships with insurers, fintechs, and distribution channels
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and profitability of the business unit
- Build and lead a high

- Monitor market trends and drive innovation in micro insurance solutions
- Job Requirement
- Qualifications and Experience
- Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Insurance, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of managerial
- level experience in a technology
- driven environment (preferably in insurance, fintech, or digital financial services)
- Strong understanding of micro insurance, digital platforms, and financial inclusion
- Proven leadership and business development experience
- Experience in product development and market expansion
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and decision
