This is a full-time position suited for a technically skilled professional with strong leadership capabilities and a passion for delivering high-quality telecom installations.The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and actively participating in the installation of various telecommunications equipment. This includes the precise installation and alignment of directional antennas, ensuring accurate azimuth, tilt, and height, and achieving optimal coverage and network performance.Therolerequiresproficiencyintheuseoffieldtoolssuchascompasses,alignmentinstruments,andotherinstallationequipmenttoensureaccuratepositioningandsignaloptimization.Astrongcommitmenttosafetystandardsandstrictcompliancewithalloperationalproceduresisessential.Inadditiontotechnicalresponsibilities,theFieldSupervisorwilllead,train,andmentorateamofapproximatelyseven(7)riggers,ensuringthatalltasksareexecutedefficiently,safely,andtothehighestqualitystandards.KeyResponsibilitiesØSuperviseandleadateamoftelecomriggersduringinstallation,maintenance, and troubleshooting activities.ØPlan,assign,andmonitordailyfieldtaskstoensuretimelyandefficientprojectexecution.ØInstallandaligndirectionalantennaswithpreciseazimuth,tilt,andheightto achieveoptimalsignalcoverageandperformance.ØEnsure proper installation of telecom equipment, including radios, antennas, mounts,cabling,andassociatedhardware.ØUseandguidetheteaminthecorrecthandlingoftoolssuchascompasses,alignmentdevices,GPStools,andRFtestingequipment.ØConductsitesurveysandprovideaccuratetechnicalassessmentspriortoinstallation.ØMonitorsignalqualitymetrics(e.g.,RSSI,SNR,throughput)andperform optimization where necessary.ØEnforcestrictcompliancewithhealthandsafetyregulations,includingworking at heights and proper use of PPE.ØTrain,mentor,andevaluateteammemberstoimprovetechnicalskills,safety awareness,and productivity.ØEnsureallinstallationsmeetcompanystandards,technicalspecifications,and customer requirements.ØCoordinatewiththeNetworkOperationsCenter(NOC),planningteam,andmanagement to ensure smooth projectdelivery.ØMaintainaccuratedocumentation,includinginstallationreports,sitechecklists, and incident reports.ØTroubleshootandresolvefieldissuesrelatedtoconnectivity,alignment,or equipment faults.ØEnsureproperhandling,usage,andaccountabilityoftools,materials,and company assets.ØReportdailyandweeklyprogress,challenges,andperformanceupdatesto management.ØPhysically fit and capable of frequent tower climbing, heavy lifting, and working in challenging outdoor environments.ØTake accountability for adherence to HSE and field safety compliance holder.
