Where all listings are managed and published by our internal team of Field Sales Representatives. This ensures that every listing on our platform is verified, meets our high-quality standards, and builds trust within our community.The RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and digitally savvyField Sales Representativeto join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of SuuqBay on the ground, working directly with car dealers (starting in key clusters like KM4 in Mogadishu) and rental property agents.Your primary mission will be to onboard new partners, verify their inventory, capture high-quality digital assets (photos and descriptions), and manage their listings on the SuuqBay platform. You will play a crucial role in building our foundational supply and ensuring our platform offers the best, most reliable listings in the market.Key Responsibilities•Partner Onboarding & Relationship Management:Identify, approach, and onboard car dealers and rental property agents to the SuuqBay platform. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with these founding partners.•Listing Creation & Verification:Visit partner locations to verify inventory. Capture high-quality photographs and write accurate, compelling descriptions for each listing (vehicles and properties) according to SuuqBays quality standards.•Digital Platform Management:Utilize the SuuqBay internal agent platform to upload, manage, and update listings promptly. Ensure all digital content is accurate and visually appealing.•Quality Assurance:Conduct regular audits of your assigned listings to ensure they remain current and accurately represented.•Market Expansion:Engage with localdalaals(informal brokers) and invite reputable individuals to join our "Verified Dalaal" programme.•Feedback Loop:Act as the primary liaison between our partners and the SuuqBay leadership team, providing valuable on-the-ground feedback to refine our onboarding processes and platform features.
