In addition, candidate is required to have their own customer base including retail pharmacies, clinics and hospitals. The sales person is responsible for promoting and selling our company’s products/ services, developing strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.Responsibilities:Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and wholesalers, ensuring long-term collaboration and customer satisfaction.Promote and sell the company’s range of medical devices and supplies to healthcare institutions by delivering clear product knowledge and value propositions.Conduct product presentations and demonstrations and provide post-sale support and follow-ups to maintain client trust and loyalty.Prepare, maintain, and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market trend analyses and provide continues feedback.Stay updated with the latest medications stock on hand, what drug the customer wants, which drug is being sold now and scarce at the market.Assist a customer in a friendly and professional manner and provide relevant product recommendations tailored to their requirements.Recommendations on pricing, promotions, and sales strategy improvements.Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets through effective territory management and strategic client engagement.Monthly and quarterly sales performance updates compared against targets
