The ideal candidate will be highly organized,detail-oriented, and proficient in HR systems, ensuring smooth daily HR operations in adynamic industrial setting.Job Description:● Prepare, distribute, and file employment contracts, addendums, and terminationpaperwork for plant, driver, and office staff● Support the onboarding process for new hires in manufacturing and logistics roles,ensuring completion of all pre-employment checks, safety inductions, and necessarydocumentation● Maintain organized and secure digital and physical employee files● Administer the time and attendance system for hourly and salaried employees● Track and report on attendance, lateness, and overtime for payroll processing● Manage leave requests and maintain accurate leave balances● Assist management in scheduling and tracking the annual performance review cycle forall employees● Support compensation processes by maintaining accurate job and salary records● Support HR projects and initiatives, such as safety training compliance tracking,employee surveys, and recognition programs● Serve as a first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding pay, deductions, andbenefits
