The company specializes in solar PV systems, commercial and institutional installations, and off-grid and hybrid mini-grid solutions.2. Position ObjectiveThe Electrical Engineer – Solar Energy Systems will be responsible for the technical design, implementation, and supervision of solar PV projects, ensuring compliance with international standards, high-quality delivery, and effective coordination with clients and internal teams.3. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and engineer solar PV systems (off-grid, hybrid, and grid-connected).Conduct site assessments, load analysis, and system sizing.Prepare technical drawings, layouts, and single-line diagrams.Perform system simulations using AutoCAD, PVsyst, Helioscope, or equivalent tools.Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of solar systems.Prepare technical reports, BOQs, and project documentation.Provide technical input to clients and support proposal development.Lead, mentor, and supervise technicians and installation teams.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and international electrical standards (IEC, NEC).Support system maintenance and after-sales services.
