Our mission is to connect Addis Ababa's vibrant flavors to every doorstep efficiently and reliably.Job Purpose:The Operations Manager is our first critical hire responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the entire order fulfillment and delivery lifecycle. This role ensures operational efficiency, driver management, and excellent customer service delivery on the ground.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement operational strategies for food delivery services.Oversee daily service, food preparation processes, hygiene, and safety standards with partners. Manage inventory, procurement, and supplier relationships for delivery operations.Utilize data analysis for financial monitoring, budgeting, and cost control.
