?Qualification:
Pharmacist/ Doctor/ with University Degree/BSc in Pharmacy with valid professional license. Business background is preferable.
A minimum of 3 years and above related experience
An understanding, ability, and commitment to implementing Regulatory guidelines and policy.
Ability of very good reading, writing, listening, speaking skills.
NGO experience is preferable.
Understanding of basic Product design principles
Data analysis skills:?The ability to collect,?analyze,?and interpret data to inform product decisions is crucial.
Strong communication:?Clearly communicating ideas and collaborating effectively with different stakeholders.
Problem-solving and analytical skills:?Identifying problems,?brainstorming solutions,?and evaluating their feasibility is a core responsibility.
