The Applicants should be required to fulfil the following qualification and Experiences
A minimum of Master?s Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Public Administration, International Development, Project Planning and Management & STEM or related field of study from recognized institute or university
Work Experience
At least ten (7) years working experience in direct managing high value project at the state or national level.
At least 5 years? as a manager/coordinator in NGO/IDA funded projects with thorough understanding of World Bank?s, Federal and local government rule and regulation
Experience in project planning, design follow up, monitoring and evaluation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high level of English language writing skills are essential.
Experience with donor funded project management and reporting procedures is a requirement.
Computer literacy in the use of word processor, spread sheets and any other application relevant to ?project.
