To attain its objective, the management of the hotel is looking for talented and passionate hotel professionals for the following vacant positions. Duties and Responsibilities:Get organized and know the beverage menu and availability.Keep the bar and glassware clean on consistent basis.Keep the bar well stocked by maintaining the liquor, garnishes and glasses at the bar.Professionally welcome and greet VIP guests.Sell alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to customers.Professionally serve high class beverages and cocktails to VIP customers.Pour drinks quickly and as per the customer’s specifications.Take payments from the customers depending on the hotel policy.Resolve guest problems based on problem resolution steps.Report any discrepancies and non-functioning equipment in the work area to the immediate supervisor or other management staff on timely basis.Term of Employment: Permanent after successful completion of probation periodCategory: Hospitality Location: Adama, Oromia Career Level: Bartender Gender: Female applicants are highly encouraged to apply Salary: As per the hotel scale and attractiveRequired qualificationDiploma or above in mixology, Hotel Management, hotel operation, or related fields. ExperienceMore than 3 years’ experience in similar position in Four- or five-star hotel.Human relations skillGood human relation skill and ability to deal with people from diverse backgrounds.Language proficiencyGood command of spoken and written English is required.Knowledge of additional national and international languages is desirable.Computer skillsCommand of computer applications & working knowledge of PEDS or related software.Industry knowledge Thorough knowledge of the hospitality industry and business. |
