When your CV appears publicly

Learn why some CVs show on the candidates page and how parse confidence and completeness affect visibility.

Public CV profiles

Employers browse candidate CVs at /candidates. Not every CV is listed publicly — Wrkzon applies quality rules so employers see useful profiles.

Builder CVs (created in CV Maker)

When your builder CV has enough structured content, it can appear on the candidates page. You do not need a parse confidence score for builder CVs.

Uploaded CVs

Uploaded files are parsed automatically. For public discovery:

  • Parsing must succeed.
  • Parse confidence must meet the minimum threshold (currently 75%).
  • Your profile should include key fields (name, contact, experience, etc.).

If your uploaded CV is not listed, open My Zone and check your CV Profile Score for suggestions.

Who can open your profile?

  • You can always open your own public profile URL when parsing succeeded.
  • Employers and visitors only see discoverable profiles that pass the rules above.

Filters on the candidates page

  • All — profiles that meet discovery rules.
  • Uploaded CV — uploaded files only; may show a note if not yet discoverable.

Tips to improve visibility

  1. Upload a clear, text-based PDF (avoid scanned images when possible).
  2. Add missing phone, email, and LinkedIn if prompted.
  3. Complete references and summary sections in the CV manager.
