Applications
Open Employer Zone → Applications to see everyone who applied to your jobs.
For each application you can:
- View the candidate CV and profile.
- Change status (e.g. received, in review, shortlisted, rejected).
- Add internal notes for your team.
Filter by job or status to focus on new submissions.
Talent search
Talent (/employer/talent) lets you browse candidate CVs that are publicly discoverable.
- Search by skills, title, or location.
- Open a profile to preview the CV.
- Save promising candidates for later.
Saved talent
Saved candidates appear in your saved list so you can return without searching again.
Invite to apply
When you find a strong match, send an invite to apply for a specific open role. The candidate receives a notification with a link to the job.
Best practices
- Update application status so candidates know where they stand.
- Respond within a reasonable time — it reflects on your employer brand.
- Use saved talent for roles you fill regularly.
