What the percentage means
When you are signed in and have a CV, job cards show a match percentage. It estimates how well your CV fits that specific job.

A higher score usually means your skills and title line up closely with what the employer asked for.
This is not an employer ATS score
The match percentage is calculated by Wrkzon from your CV. It is not how an employer's own recruiting software will rank you, and a high score is not a guarantee of an interview. Treat it as a guide for where to spend your time.
What you might see instead of a number

Why does it say "Calculating"?
After you save, edit, or upload a CV, Wrkzon recalculates your matches in the background. This runs periodically rather than instantly, so it can take a while to appear. Come back later instead of refreshing repeatedly. If it is still calculating after an hour, contact support.
Match score vs CV completeness
These are two different numbers and they are easy to confuse.

Improving completeness usually improves your match scores too, because there is more for the matcher to read.
Getting better matches
- List your real skills explicitly — skills carry the most weight.
- Keep your job title current and use the wording common in your field.
- Set your location so local roles score properly.
- On My Zone, use the minimum-match slider to filter recommended jobs.
Note that the Jobs list is not sorted by match score — it is ordered by relevance and posting date. Your recommended jobs on My Zone are sorted by match.
