Getting your company verified

What each verification status means, how review is triggered, and what verification unlocks for your jobs and courses.

Why verification exists

Verification tells candidates your company is real. It also decides whether your jobs and courses go live immediately or wait for a reviewer.

How review is triggered

There is no "request verification" button. Review starts automatically:

  1. Complete your company profile at Company profile and click Save company profile.
  2. Post your first job or course.
  3. Your status moves from Unverified to PendingReview, and our team looks at your company.

So the fastest way to get reviewed is simply to fill in your profile properly and post a real job.

Verification statuses

Status What it means
Unverified New company, not yet reviewed. Jobs and courses go to review before publishing.
PendingReview Our team is checking your company.
Verified Approved. Jobs and courses publish immediately.
Rejected We could not verify the company with the details provided.

Your current status is shown at the top of Company profile, and as a banner on your Jobs and courses pages.

What verification unlocks

Unverified Verified
Posting a job Goes to review first Publishes immediately
Posting a course Goes to review first Publishes immediately
Company blog posts Saved as drafts only Can be published
Public company profile Basic listing Verified company details shown

Your jobs are still visible to candidates once a reviewer approves them — being unverified adds a delay, it does not block you.

How to get approved faster

Fill in as much of your company profile as you can before posting:

  • Company email on a domain that matches your website — this is the single biggest factor.
  • A working website.
  • Legal name, industry, company size, and headquarters.
  • A logo and a real description.
  • Job posts with genuine, specific details rather than placeholder text.

If you were rejected

Update your company profile with accurate, matching details and post again. Rejection is usually about mismatched or missing contact details rather than your business itself. If you are stuck, contact support and explain your situation.
