Their duties include analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interactions, and planning digital campaigns to build community online. Duties and Responsibilities Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies;Manage and oversee social media content;Measure the success of every social media campaign;Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies;Use social media marketing tools;Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams;Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization;Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network;Formulating high-quality novel written and visual content for each social media campaign;Building a social media presence by maintaining a solid online presence;Monitoring the companys brand on social media;Building brand awareness by engaging relevant influencers;Managing our online communities to ensure respectful and appropriate engagement;Responding to comments on each of the organizations social media accounts;Overseeing customer service provided via social media;Analyzing data to determine whether social media campaigns have achieved their objectives;Coaching employees company-wide on content creation best practices;Research on the current technological trends and preferences of the Audience;Ensuring brand consistency and aesthetics;Communicate with the audience, respond to queries, and monitor reviews to increase brand awareness.BA degree in Marketing Management or relevant field;Six years of experience in Content Management;Good understanding of Google Analytics and SEO;Knowledge of Web Design;Familiarity with graphic design;Creativity in content creation and up-to-date with current trends;Familiarity with web design and publishing;Excellent multitasking skills;Great leadership skills;Critical thinker and problem-solving skills;Good time-management skills;Great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills. |
