Plan, manages, coordinates & directs the company’s agricultural development and agro-processing functions throughout the country.Oversees and ensures the timely development of operational plans of the farms and agro-processing units.Initiates the need for and designs framework of relevant agricultural development policies, strategies, and guidelines after approval from the company’s top management.Oversees and ensures core operational functions such as planting/seeding, weeding, collecting, and quality inspection in the plantations/farms and agro-processing units.Provides technical specifications for the purchase of raw materials (seeds, pesticides, fertilizer, etc.);
