Requirnment As the HR Business Partner for Ethiopia you will be responsible for the implementation of the HR strategy in all Boortmalt facilities in Ethiopia, in alignment with the HR Group strategy and guidelines from the HR & Communication Manager Ethiopia.You will be the first point of contact for our employees and union delegations.
