During the period until 1975 it had the opportunity to act as the sole distributor for Sadoline Paints. In 1979 it was registered as the sole company to manufacture adhesives and glue. By stages, the company developed into a diversified paint manufacturer.In February 2015, Asian Paints Ltd and Kadisco Paint and Adhesive Industry SC formed a joint venture for business in Ethiopia and came to be known as Kadisco Asian paints. It also produces wood and concrete lacquers as well as adhesives for the wood and leather industry.Position Summary The Project Sales Executive plays an integral role in ensuring that the strategic objectives of sales projects are met, acting as the key player between various stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and delivery. This position involves coordinating with different departments, project timelines, and ensuring that customer needs are addressed, all while keeping an eye on the project’s budget and resources. By maintaining a clear line of communication and leveraging their expertise in project management, the executive ensures that projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the satisfaction of all parties involved. Their ability to navigate the complexities of sales projects, from inception to completion, makes them an essential part of the team, driving the project forward through each phase of its lifecycle.Key Duties and Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals.Coordinate with marketing teams to align sales strategies and solutions with market trends and customer needs.Manage and oversee the entire sales project lifecycle, from initial client consultation to closing deals, ensuring timelines and targets are met.Liaise between the sales team and other departments, such as product development and customer service, to ensure product offerings meet client expectations.Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement and recommend sales strategies for growth.Prepare and manage the sales project budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and financial objectives are met.Facilitate training and development programs for the sales team to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.Negotiate contracts with clients and suppliers to secure the most advantageous terms while maintaining quality and service standards.Additional Requirements Sales Forecasting: Analyzing historical sales data, market trends, and economic indicators is crucial for predicting future sales volumes with accuracy. Participation in specialized training programs that focus on sales strategies, customer relationship management, and project coordination. Their experience usually spans mManaging complex sales projects, leading teams, and achieving targets. Having a track record of navigating the sales process, from prospecting to closing deals, and possess strong leadership qualities to drive project success.Required to have 7-years for First degree or 5-years for Second degree of relevant work experiences.
