Addis Eyita is a private company that provides business and investment consulting services, business training and intellectual advice in various fields of work, and import and export firms, and was established in January 2007 based on the Ethiopian Commercial Law.The firm wishes to employ a qualified Training Coordinator.Job SummaryThe Training Coordinator will be responsible for designing, planning, coordinating, and evaluating training programs for our organization. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders. The Training Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients receive effective and impactful training to enhance their skills and performance to start business.Detail Roles and ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with front office receptionist, customer service agent and technical experts to identify training needs and develop training programs that align with organizational goals and objectives. Design and develop training materials, including presentations, handouts, and e-learning modules, using various instructional methods. Coordinate and schedule training sessions both class and one to one session, ensuring availability of trainers, participants, and training facilities. Evaluate training programs and make necessary adjustments to ensure continuous improvement and effectiveness. Monitor and track training attendance, completion, and feedback to assess the impact of training initiatives. Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate, up-to-date, and relevant. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development. Maintain training records and prepare reports on training activities and outcomes. Provide guidance and support to trainees regarding training opportunities and career development. Perform other duties as assigned by immediate supervisorQualification Requirements: Bachelors degree in Management, Human Resources, Training and Development, or a related field.Proven 2 years’ experience as a Training Coordinator or similar role.Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.Proficient in using training software, learning management systems, and multimedia tools. Strong organizational and project management skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Attention to detail and ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.Familiarity with evaluation methods and techniques for training effectiveness. |
