Habesha Breweries S.C. is looking for a Cellar & Filtration Operator duty station being in Debre Brihan The Role Summary: The Filtration & Cellar Operator I is responsible for execution of the day to day of filtration & cellar operations including wort casking processing, fermentation till beer filtration and perform CIP in a neat and safe work environment, Recording and maintaining filtration & cellar related data in high level of accuracy. Basic Duty and Responsibility Execute & monitor cellar & Filtration operations. Organize and track Filtration and Fermentation materials.Execute and monitor each filtration & cellar process on her/his shiftOperate software and hardware as per SOPCommunicate SBM when every there is a problem/fault in the process on timePrepare ingredients for filtration and cellar processing.Ensure all cellar & filtration process is going in safe, efficient and effective manner to attain brewery’s goals and objectives.Perform recording of Filtration & Cellar related data Cross check the accuracy of recorded dataRecord all the necessary data on the appropriate format on timeMaintain records of production throughout various processes Implementation of PPE & workplace organizationClean and maintain equipment and utensils as per the schedule to ensure quality standards are met.Follow up 5S in the Filtration & Cellar room.Identify various PPEs and properly use them in various operating areas. Contribute their role in the implementation of the QSHE Management System (Understand and Comply with the QSHE policy, and objectives, follow the procedure and work instructions, and properly document the records) Report to the responsible body when policies/procedures are violated or any other issues which have an impact on QSHE Management SystemThis role requires an experienced Cellar & Filtration Operator, who will have the opportunity to develop his/her career further within a very progressive Learning and Development environment, in a dynamic and exciting work environment. TVET diploma Ideally 4 years of relevant experience in the brewing industry. Experience in the brewing company is a must.
