Certificate of registration from the accounting and Auditing Board of Ethiopia(AABE)
Complete company profile, including principal partner
Copy tax identification number (TIN) registration certificate and value added tax certificate
Copy of tax clearance certificate
Time to complete the audit report and management letter
Firm must have a minimum of five years of Audit Experience especially in School and college.
Audit fee to be charged, clearly indicating by indicating with or without VAT
Experience of the audit firm with audit reporting under the international finance reporting standards (IFRS)
The firm shall submit evidence and references for similar work done in the past based on the IPSAS reporting system
